Dear Roger, Thanks for posting this which chimes with my recent parallel experiences working with culture. This work is informed by Jung who describes shadow "as the thing we have no wish to be" further suggesting "everyone carries a shadow and the less it is embodied in an individuals conscious life, the blacker and denser it becomes". Organisations and as you suggest here perhaps even strategies have shadows - we would do well to pay attention to them. Hope you are well.
